My own personal 999999999999999 plan consists of about fifteen phone messages from friends that I have saved on my voice mail. They are from five of my favorite friends in the world, wishing me happy birthday, asking me when I will be home, and even a few singing messages to me. It always makes me feel great to re-listen to their voices, and I press “9″ at the end of each message to save them for a later time. That is where the fifteen 9′s come from! Everyone needs to have excellent friends to make life beautiful, and although it would embarrass them to know that I save their messages, I do save them.
