![]() Sad news in May 2004 Carlton Brian Sheldon, 49, of Phoenix, passed away peacefully in his sleep on May 2, 2004. Brian was born June 8, 1954, in Utica, NY. He attended Lafayette School and graduated from Camelback High School in 1972. For the last decade, Brian tended bar (and hustled pool) at Warsaw Wally's. Anyone who lost at video golf there would remember "Viagra Wood." Brian was a caring son, brother, and uncle. He leaves a legacy of a loving family and many wonderful friends. He is survived by his mother, May Sheldon; brothers Tom (Jane) and Paul; and sisters Judy Reader (Richard) and Joan Hull (T.C.). Also left to honor his memory are his companion Kathy Young and many nieces and nephews. Brian was welcomed into Heaven by his father Carlton R. Sheldon and his two best pals Rick and Simon. Although his life on this earth was not nearly long enough, he was a free spirit, who lived life to its fullest and his friends and family are grateful for the lifetime of wonderful memories that he gave us. A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, May 13, 2004, at the El Zaribah Shrine Auditorium, 552 N. 40th Street, Phoenix.
